As part of our search solution, Zander Associates assigns an independent coach to support each new employee to settle in, to identify his or her key challenges and to earmark areas for longer term development in the job.

During the first 100 days the coach will use diarised sessions to help shape and implement a Personal Development Plan which will be jointly presented to the immediate line manager at the end of the period. Zander Associates uses a select network of coaches, each chosen for their specific experience and their relative knowledge. It is also essential that we work closely with our client to ensure the coaching programme integrates with any internal induction programme, thus ensuring maximum benefit is achieved by both client and candidate.
