Zander Associates are a recruitment organisation committed to resourcing talented individuals to solve business problems. Whilst the first part of that is finding and selecting the right person to do a job, this is just the start of realising the benefit of a recruiting programme. It has been identified that the first 100 days in a new post are the most critical. During this period a new hire gets a true understanding of what is required, what success looks like and what they will need to do in order to achieve it. As part of our search solution, Zander Associates assigns an independent coach to support each new employee to settle in, to identify his or her key challenges and to earmark areas for longer term development in the job.

During the first 100 days the coach will use diarised sessions to help shape and implement a Personal Development Plan which will be jointly presented to the immediate line manager at the end of the period. By supporting our placement as they find their stride, Zander Associates’ on boarding programme helps clients realise the maximum potential of their hire and achieve greater value from their recruiting process.

Zander Associates uses a select network of coaches, each chosen for their specific experience and their relative knowledge. It is also essential that we work closely with our client to ensure the coaching programme integrates with any internal induction programme, thus ensuring maximum benefit is achieved by both client and candidate.
