Delivery Structure: At the start of each search assignment we agree a structure including specific deliverables and milestones, with each of these milestones linking directly to our fee structure.

Fees: For each assignment we use a fixed fee – We are paid on what we do rather than charging as a percentage of what our placement earns.

Audit Programme: As part of our on-going commitment to delivering a quality service, we use an independent third party to conduct an audit programme designed to review our client’s perception of working with Zander Associates. This programme enables us to exceed industry standards and to develop deep, effective client relationships.

Zander¹⁰⁰ - Placement Support: As part of our search process, we employ an on-board coaching programme to ensure our placement realises the success we have identified for them – Zander Associates wants to be associated with more than to just making placements, we want to make sure they succeed. Zander Associates are committed to delivering a true value added service and therefore cover all costs associated with this programme
